Bonolabs hard drive shelves - modules expand along with you.

An extensive search that lasted several months yielded no cost effective shelving to complete our tapeless system/workflow. Once again we took the steps needed to develop our own shelving units and here they are.  All models are handmade in the USA from basic pine shelving wood material with birch plywood inner shelves and back. Nothing fancy but very functional.

D-75 Basic unfinished module holds 75 drives.

These units may be stacked, set beside each other or any other configuration based on common sense planning. The base model D-75 is what you see here and will house 75 each 3.5 inch drives very nicely. The unit without drives weighs 25 pounds and each drive adds another 1.5 pounds. Fully loaded the unit will weigh 137.5 pounds so,  as stated, common sense placement must be applied. We're developing brackets and other attaching hardware to take the guess work out of mounting and securing multiple units. Basic instructions are provided with each unit delivered.

 

S-2 Stack Units

These sturdy stable units are designed to stay upright. They hold two of our D-75 shelf modules. You can store up to 150 drives. They stand 66 inches tall. Each D-75 unit fits snugly into the 34-1/4 inch unit. Like all of our modules, the units are handmade in the USA of unfinished pine. Please allow two weeks.

All models feature tilted inner shelving to help hold the drives in place. All inserts are uniform in size. Hard drive static resistant zip lock bags  fit the drive and the shelf unit comfortably and are seen here with the zip lock towards the back of the shelves.

D-21 "mini" modular unit. It's portable and easy to move.
